GLOBAL WEB SOLUTIONS, INC. ACQUIRES A LOCAL INTERNET SERVICE DIVISION

RICHMOND, VA- Global Web Solutions, Inc. (GWS) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the Internet Services Division operated by The Ad Factory (ADFA).  This acquisition includes roughly 120 web hosting and e-mail service customers, increasing GWS's client base by approximately 25%.

With this recent deal, the former ADFA customers will realize enhanced service features and performance such as 24 hour technical support, redundant T-1 connectivity to the Internet backbone ,as well as further complete service availability under the same roof.
