GLOBAL WEB SOLUTIONS^®, INC. ACQUIRES FEDERAL REGISTERED TRADEMARK PROTECTION

RICHMOND, VA- Global Web Solutions^®, Inc. (GWS), a Richmond, VA based Internet service, web design and web hosting firm, announced today that it has been granted registered status for the trademark of the name "GLOBAL WEB SOLUTIONS" by the Federal Patent and Trademark Office.  Acceptance was officially granted on October 16, 2001.

Legal services for the submission and filing process was handled by Joe Fisher, Esquire, Fisher Law Offices of Hingam, MA.

GWS began it's business in 1996 servicing businesses with Internet access, web site design and web site hosting solutions.  Events of the past few years with other entities starting businesses with similar or same names has required GWS to protect it's identity in the global Internet industry.
