GLOBAL WEB SOLUTIONS^®, INC. ACQUIRES ANOTHER INTERNET SERVICE DIVISION

RICHMOND, VA- Global Web Solutions^®, Inc. (GWS), a Richmond, VA based Internet service, web design and web hosting firm, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the National Internet Access Services Division of another Richmond based firm, M3 Company.  This acquisition is the second in as many years for GWS, and increases GWS's Internet Access division by 25%. The urgent transition of the customer base from the M3 network to the GWS network is being performed with minimal interruptions.

With this recent deal, the M3Net customer base will realize enhanced service features and performance such as 24 hour technical support, redundant connectivity to the Internet backbone, enhanced e-mail features, as well as further complete service availability under the same roof.

M3 Company has decided to concentrate on providing it's other services to it's existing client base.
